•	All rates are quoted ++ in Malaysian Ringgit and are subject to 10% service charges 5% government tax.
•	Rates are quoted with breakfasts.
•	Rates for extra bed are quoted with 1 breakfast.

Terms & Conditions :

•	Extra bed or extra person for Deluxe Room is chargeable at RM60.00 ++ per bed per night with 1 breakfast; Extra bed or extra person for Bluewave Club Room is chargeable at RM80.00 ++ per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Check in earlier than 2.00pm is subject to room availability.
•	Rooms requiring late check-in from 12.00 midnight onwards would still be considered as the date before 12.00 midnight the current day.
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
